Refunds or PPE Replacements

This Refund Policy relates to payments for PPE products made or requested in part or full of Hop2it Container Trades Pty Ltd ACN 639 414 62 (doing business as Hop2it) (‘we‘, ‘us‘, or ‘our‘), and describes when and where Hop2it will be liable for, or agree to any refund of cash or product to a Reseller or individual purchasing our PPE products via a Purchase Order and Sales Agreement (POSA).

We thank you for your Purchase Order and subsequent PPE purchase. We hope you are happy with your PPE purchase. If for any reason you, or where applicable, your end-user customer is not completely satisfied, you may return the PPE products to us for a full refund or exchange pursuant to our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions which can be read on this website and relates to both the PPE products as the POSA under which they were purchased. Please read below for more information on our Refund Policy.

RETURN OF PPE PRODUCTS

Where the PPE was in a lesser quantity than one container all returns of these small quantities of PPE products must be postmarked within thirty days (30) days of the delivery of the PPE. Where container-based quantities are being returned, then international freight forwarding schedules will apply to each return and originating sales order and supplier paperwork including copies of any insurance policy that may have been taken out by you, the Reseller. All returned PPE must be in a new and unused condition, with all original brand tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. RMA Approval – to return PPE products please email Hop2it Customer Service at admin@hop2itpp.equipment to apply for, and be issued with after our approval, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number which will reference any POSA you entered into. After receiving an RMA number, the PPE must be returned to its Port of original deployment unless otherwise instructed by Hop2it.
  2. Proof of any Direct Payment – details of all or any direct payments to Hop2it needs to be provided through the RMA approval process, being the date of deposit to Hop2it’s bank account and copy of payment receipts.
  3. Third Party Payment – if Hop2it was not paid directly for the PPE products ordered, then proof of the Reseller’s payment to any third-party escrow service or to the supplier directly must be provided. In this instance an RMA number is still required and if approved by us, then notification of the return of the PPE products needs to be provided to Hop2it by email with all or any freight forwarding and customs documentation for validation. A refund in this instance will only be undertaken in consultation and repayment by the third party so authorised by the Reseller to handle supplier payments.

REFUNDS

Where Hop2it has NOT received any payment for PPE products, either in part or full, then Hop2it will NOT refund money to the Reseller. The Reseller MUST communicate with the 3rd Party Escrow Service that the Reseller provided authority to, or directly with the Supplier for any refund of monies paid to them as a deposit or in full. Where a Reseller is not aware of the Supplier, then Hop2it will provide this information as part of any RMA issue is approved.

Where Hop2it has received any funds and where Hop2it has issued an RMA number, then Hop2it undertakes to refund the Resellers money for the PPE Products.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: –

  • PPE products which have been opened and which have health or safety restrictions for single use only requirements, such as facial masks and nitrile gloves.
  • Damaged goods by no fault of Hop2it’s. The Reseller is required to arrange for any transit insurance.
  • Stolen or lost PPE products will not be replaced or refunded and the Reseller is to ensure PPE in transit to their customers as Hop2it will not accept any liability for damaged products in transit.
