The information provided by Hop2it Container Trades Pty Ltd ACN 639 414 62 (“Hop2it”) within this website at www.hop2itpp.equipment and within Hop2it’s Purchase Order & Sales Agreements (POSA)herein referred to as the “media”, and which are issued to Resellers on a pro rata basis related to how Hop2it conducts business financially and provides sales and marketing information to Resellers and the public at large.

The information provided in this media (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and on any mobile application we operate or documents provided by contracted Hop2it Sales Agents which is for general information only and is subject to the Resellers own due diligence and authority to pay and or proceed with an order for PPE products. All information on, and in the media is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, relating to, and regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information in the media, or any sales information provided by contracted Sales Agents or suppliers.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR OUR MOBILE OR OTHER APPLICATIONS OR RELAIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IN ANY MEDIA APPLICATION, SALES OR PPE ORDERING DOCUMENT. YOUR USE OF OUR MEDIA AND YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR RESELLER OF ANYTHING WITHIN OUR MEDIA IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE RISK YOU TAKE ON BEHALF OF ANY END-USER CUSTOMER YOU REPRESENT AS A RESELLER.

Resellers are required to enter into their own due diligence regarding any statement or material supplied by any contracted Hop2it Sales Agent or regional contractor. Importantly, Hop2it has no liability to refund, repay or accept the return of any PPE products where Hop2it did not receive any direct deposit or full payment for the same and which was paid by the Reseller to any 3^rd Party Escrow service, or directly to any supplier, manufacturer or their distributors (also see Hop2it’s Terms & Conditions).
